Playson is hiring a Technical Program Manager who fully owns delivery for a specific area (games, features or platform), from requirement to production, using a hands-on engineering/DevOps background to automate and improve CI/CD and release workflows.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Set and communicate delivery timelines
- ▹Identify and automate bottlenecks in dev/release workflows
- ▹Improve CI/CD pipelines, release checks, tool integrations
- ▹Own release readiness (testing, documentation, operational risk)
- ▹Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and client-facing teams
- ▹Own and communicate a trusted delivery forecast
Requirements
- ▹3+ years in engineering/software delivery leadership
- ▹Hands-on experience as Software/DevOps/Release/Build Engineer
- ▹Strong SDLC knowledge: builds, automated testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, rollback
- ▹Proven ability to catch problems early
