Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead architecture, design and implementation of large-scale financial applications
• ▹Partner with engineering leads to define program scope, requirements and deliverables
• ▹Provide regular status updates and communication to stakeholders
• ▹Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
• ▹Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
• ▹Drive AI-enabled process improvement and automation
• ▹Build consensus among diverse stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in technical program management or similar role
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• ▹Knowledge of modern software architectures (microservices, cloud-native)
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git)
