Responsibilities

• ▹Implementing new or changed requirements in the product, programming and coordinating software development
• ▹Providing 2nd-level technical support for the document management system (DMS) and business departments during process alignment, testing and rollout
• ▹Maintaining and extending the authorization concept, administering access rights and accounts
• ▹Monitoring production operations and resolving incidents together with IT Service Management and IT Product Management
• ▹Providing technical support for application functions and supporting business processes via document management

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training or degree in natural sciences, computer science, business or a comparable field
• ▹Excellent German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, SQL, design thinking and client-server systems
• ▹Good knowledge of SER Doxis4 ECM specialist administration
• ▹Experience with SCRUM or other project management methods
