• ▹Lead design projects from concept to delivery, from early strategy through complex interaction models, workflows and polished prototypes
• ▹Set a bar for craft and collaboration that other designers and writers seek out and learn from
• ▹Partner with and facilitate design reviews with product and engineering leadership
• ▹Regularly mentor junior designers, providing feedback on craft, process and design best practices
• ▹Bring emerging design trends and practices into Delinea's product design
