• ▹Architect intuitive AI experiences: lead UI design for Gemini across platforms and modalities

• ▹Design with systems-thinking approach optimized for AI's probabilistic and multimodal nature
• ▹Craft visually compelling interfaces: high-fidelity visual designs, typography, color palettes
• ▹Motion and interaction design using Origami Studio, Principle and Protopie
• ▹Bridge design and technology using system instructions and prototyping methods
• ▹Champion design innovation, staying current on generative AI and NLP trends
• ▹Design for ethical and societal impact

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• ▹7+ years designing user interfaces for complex software applications, with conversational AI/LLM experience
• ▹Robust portfolio in visual, motion and interaction design, including AI-powered interfaces
• ▹Proficiency designing user-centric experiences across platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
• ▹Demonstrated expertise designing intuitive interactions for AI-driven products
• ▹Demonstrated expertise guiding cross-functional teams through ideation and iteration
• ▹Familiarity with behavioral data and data-driven design
• ▹Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and Principle
• ▹Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Mastery in presentation and storytelling to leadership and cross-company teams
• ▹Strong systems thinker with passion for innovative AI design
• ▹Experience thriving in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Nice to have

• ▹Ability to foster divergent design thinking and translate AI concepts into product visions
• ▹Experience shepherding radical ideas leveraging AI
