Network and Technology Operations Engineer (m/w/d) - 100% REMOTE

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze and resolve issues related to Network Detection and Response (NDR) components
• ▹Troubleshoot endpoint security solutions
• ▹Handle issues related to cloud integrations
• ▹Troubleshoot risk scanner components
• ▹Collaborate daily with customers and internal teams
• ▹Support the design and implementation of customer security solutions and assist teams with backend questions about the Arctic Wolf security platform
• ▹Triage customer requests and apply playbook-based solutions
• ▹Document newly identified issues found during troubleshooting and track them through to resolution

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field OR completed IT vocational training with at least 2-3 years of IT industry experience
• ▹Good foundational knowledge of networks
• ▹Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as Active Directory
• ▹C1-level German and English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹CCNA, Network+ or comparable certification
• ▹Good understanding of DHCP, DNS and VLANs
• ▹Experience working in a Network Operations Center
• ▹Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Bash
