Data Analyst / BI Analyst (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• ▹Review and organize data across multiple platforms (own portal, HubSpot, Notion, and others), using AI tools to speed up and sharpen analysis
• ▹Define key metrics and KPIs for different teams
• ▹Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports using AI-driven tools
• ▹Partner with different teams across the company on their data and reporting needs
• ▹Explore opportunities to bring more AI-driven approaches into data tracking and reporting

Requirements

• ▹Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• ▹Comfort working across multiple tools and data sources, including AI-driven analysis tools, on a daily basis
• ▹Track record of turning raw data into insights that led to measurable results
• ▹Strong attention to detail and rigor in validating data
• ▹Strong communication skills, able to make data understandable to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Self-starter, comfortable in a remote-first environment
