Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze production incidents, support cases, system metrics and business data to find recurring, high-impact problems and eliminate their root causes
• ▹Identify technical weaknesses, operational inefficiencies and accumulated technical or product debt, and quantify their real cost
• ▹Establish a clear, lightweight process for identifying, tracking, prioritizing and resolving platform issues
• ▹Review existing partner integrations to surface missed capabilities, underused features and new connection opportunities
• ▹Recognize opportunities to improve revenue, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction hidden in existing systems and postponed initiatives
• ▹Build and maintain a transparent roadmap balancing reliability, technical investment and business opportunities
• ▹Prioritize ruthlessly based on impact, urgency, engineering effort and long-term value
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, Leadership and external partners

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Engineering Management, with a track record of end-to-end ownership
• ▹Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces or integration-heavy systems
• ▹Experience taking on ambiguous problems without a predefined backlog or established process
• ▹Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, background processes and distributed systems
• ▹Comfortable reading logs, dashboards and SQL results as well as discussing P&L
