Responsibilities

• ▹Own strategy and execution across the U.S. Public Sector cloud platform portfolio
• ▹Define how the ServiceNow platform operates across isolated, customer-managed, and partner-hosted environments
• ▹Own multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for the regulated public sector
• ▹Directly influence the roadmap of the broader ServiceNow Platform to serve this segment
• ▹Lead multi-team and multi-VP programs, aligning engineering, security, GTM, legal, and partner ecosystems
• ▹Own strategy and roadmap for regulated ServiceNow-hosted clouds (e.g., GCC, NSC) aligned to FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, CJIS, and FIPS
• ▹Own strategy for self-hosted/Private Stack deployments, including the containerized Private Stack Pro model
• ▹Own roadmap, packaging, and GTM strategy for Pro hosted and emerging sovereign offerings
• ▹Define how partners deliver ServiceNow as a regulated and sovereign platform
