Founders Associate – AI & Commercial Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹AI and automation projects: build and operate solutions independently using tools like Claude, Gemini, n8n, make.com and similar process automation tools
• ▹Process and funnel optimization: identify bottlenecks in commercial processes and funnels, solving them with concrete technical solutions
• ▹Sales AI enablement: develop AI-powered tools and workflows that measurably speed up and improve the sales and expansion team
• ▹Strategic collaboration: closely support founders and leadership on commercial growth initiatives, from idea to execution
• ▹Cross-functional coordination: act as the interface between Sales, Product and Customer Success
• ▹Market and competitive analysis: deliver the analyses and decision materials that enable data-driven decisions

Requirements

• ▹Commercial foundation: experience in a similar role, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS company or in management consulting — a clear plus if the focus was commercial
• ▹Proven AI/tech practice: demonstrable experience working on AI and automation projects (Claude, Gemini, n8n, make.com or similar), with hands-on (not just theoretical) understanding of agentic AI
• ▹Independent execution: leading technical projects independently from concept to go-live
• ▹Strategic thinking and prioritization: staying on top of many parallel topics and setting the right priorities
• ▹Strong communication: motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams
• ▹Ambition: wanting to grow in a dynamic organization and take on long-term responsibility
• ▹Languages: business-fluent English and native-level German
