Full Stack Engineer (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Web Scraping, AI Tools)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement new features for model-scouting.com, built on Strapi
• ▹Design and build web scrapers and AI-powered Chrome extension tools
• ▹Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical design
• ▹Ensure strong code quality, performance, and scalability
• ▹Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack
• ▹Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and maintainability
• ▹Work with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations as needed

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience with React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, testing libraries)
• ▹Advanced experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• ▹Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database modeling
• ▹Hands-on experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS
• ▹Ability to build web scrapers (e.g. Puppeteer, Playwright, Cheerio)
• ▹Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred), CI/CD, containers, and deployment pipelines
• ▹Track record of working on complex platforms and collaborating with product/engineering teams

Nice to have

• ▹Experience integrating AI tools, plugins, or OpenAI APIs
• ▹Experience working with U.S.-based teams
• ▹Experience mentoring or owning modules on large-scale platforms
