Developer - Conversational AI Product (AI-First)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop core product features
• ▹Define architecture and technical standards together with the team
• ▹Build robust, scalable conversational experiences (text/voice)
• ▹Integrate LLMs, agents and AI-first flows with a focus on quality and performance
• ▹Evaluate cost, latency and scalability in AI environments
• ▹Participate in product decisions alongside the product owner
• ▹Raise the team's technical level with sound judgment and best practices
• ▹Propose continuous improvements in architecture, experience and processes

Requirements

• ▹Real experience designing systems in production
• ▹Ability to think in terms of architecture, not just features
• ▹High autonomy
• ▹Product mindset, understanding business impact
• ▹Ability to work in ambiguity
• ▹Ability to work as a team, especially during technical discussions
• ▹Clear and direct communication
• ▹Solid technical judgment

Nice to have

• ▹Having built products from scratch or in early-stage settings
• ▹Experience integrating LLM APIs in production
• ▹Experience evaluating performance, cost and scalability on AWS
• ▹Fluent English
