Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, refine and maintain core features across the full stack
• ▹Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces (user management, billing)
• ▹Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX based on product designs
• ▹Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, translating Figma designs into production code
• ▹Collaborate with an additional developer and the QA team for smooth integration, code quality and deployment
• ▹Design and maintain sensitive, secure back-end logic and infrastructure
• ▹Maintain and update the company's WordPress-based marketing website
• ▹Use AI tools effectively to accelerate the development lifecycle

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of development experience, including 5-6 years of full-stack experience
• ▹Strong, balanced track record in both frontend and backend development
• ▹Deep, hands-on experience with React
• ▹Significant hands-on experience with Python or Java, able to handle complex, sensitive architecture
• ▹Fluent English (B2 or higher)
• ▹Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI, extensive Figma experience
• ▹Excellent team player with a track record working with developers, QA engineers and product stakeholders
• ▹Growth mindset, ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with a second backend language (Python/Java)
• ▹Hands-on experience with Next.js
• ▹Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization
