Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React) - fluent English

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, refine and maintain core features across the full technology stack
• ▹Develop and optimize the company's main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing
• ▹Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect production code
• ▹Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers and the QA team
• ▹Design and maintain sensitive, secure backend logic and infrastructure
• ▹Maintain and update the company's WordPress-based marketing website
• ▹Use AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of development experience, including 5-6 years of full-stack experience
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with React
• ▹Hands-on experience with Python or Java, able to handle complex architectures
• ▹Fluent English (B2 or higher)
• ▹Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with extensive Figma experience
• ▹Strong track record working with developers, QA engineers and product stakeholders
• ▹Growth mindset and effective use of AI-powered tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with the second backend language (Python or Java)
• ▹Hands-on experience with Next.js
• ▹Practical WordPress maintenance and customization experience
