Responsibilities

• ▹Define and manage overall testing strategies for large-scale projects
• ▹Plan, coordinate and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities
• ▹Ensure compliance with quality management processes and testing standards
• ▹Manage testing schedules, resources and reporting
• ▹Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria
• ▹Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities
• ▹Drive continuous improvement of testing practices

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• ▹Strong experience leading large testing programmes
• ▹Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles
• ▹Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills
• ▹Experience working in Agile environments
• ▹Test strategy and governance
• ▹Test management tools (qTest, Xray, Jira)
• ▹Agile testing methodologies
• ▹Functional and non-functional testing
• ▹Quality assurance frameworks
• ▹CI/CD testing practices
• ▹Automation testing concepts
