Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance and operational support activities
• ▹Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource planning
• ▹Manage Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of project milestones
• ▹Monitor project progress, risks, budget and quality objectives
• ▹Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication across technical and business teams
• ▹Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, security requirements and operational processes
• ▹Produce management reports and present project status to stakeholders
• ▹Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or programme management
• ▹Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• ▹Proven leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams
• ▹Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
• ▹Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ▹Project planning and governance
• ▹Risk and resource management
• ▹Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
• ▹ITIL principles
• ▹DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts
• ▹Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• ▹Cloud-native and enterprise application environments

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree or equivalent through experience
• ▹Professional certifications such as PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent
