Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate rollout projects for software updates and patches across customers' complex system landscapes
• ▹Evaluate system environments prior to implementation based on technical requirements
• ▹Communicate and align with customers, internal teams and external service providers
• ▹Analyze and refine existing IT processes based on experience
• ▹Define workflows through documentation, training and requirements management
• ▹Identify automation opportunities and follow them through to implementation

Requirements

• ▹Experience as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a comparable system setup role
• ▹Good foundational IT knowledge to recognize dependencies within an IT infrastructure
• ▹Reliable, high-quality work
• ▹Openness to change and customer orientation
• ▹Structured, independent work style
• ▹Confident use of Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of ITIL
