Senior Software Engineer, AI (Remote - Netherlands)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and own core components of the agent platform, from orchestration to tool integrations
• ▹Build and evolve the capabilities layer: APIs, data access patterns, service integrations
• ▹Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure for agents
• ▹Design and implement the trust and safety framework, including audit trails, human-in-the-loop controls and guardrails
• ▹Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure
• ▹Partner with Operations to translate process knowledge into agent capabilities
• ▹Mentor other engineers as the team grows
