Senior Software Engineer, AI (remote - Spain)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform, from the orchestration layer to tool integrations
• ▹Build and evolve the capabilities layer: APIs, data access patterns, and service integrations
• ▹Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure, allowing agents to retrieve data and act across systems
• ▹Design and implement the trust and safety framework: audit trails, human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails
• ▹Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure
• ▹Partner directly with Operations to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
• ▹Mentor other engineers as the team grows
