Responsibilities

• ▹Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production
• ▹Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition
• ▹Review feature designs and ensure non-functional requirements are met
• ▹Oversee technical debt management and incident handling
• ▹Hire, evaluate, and motivate team members
• ▹Build cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency
• ▹Monitor key team performance indicators
• ▹Ensure process and delivery transparency for stakeholders
• ▹Optimize processes to improve productivity

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in building reliable, scalable systems, Go experience is a plus
• ▹2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally in a fast-paced fintech or e-commerce environment
• ▹Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures
• ▹Solid understanding of backend tools: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, microservices architecture
• ▹Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
• ▹Strong communication skills in English
