Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data historian solutions
• ▹Integrate historian systems with control systems and third-party applications
• ▹Conduct performance analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies
• ▹Design and configure complex data tags per project requirements
• ▹Develop custom interfaces and connectors to enhance data integration
• ▹Implement advanced security measures to protect historical data
• ▹Ensure compliance with industry standards, leading audits and assessments
• ▹Investigate and resolve complex data collection, storage, and retrieval issues
• ▹Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• ▹Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, installations, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• ▹3-5 years hands-on experience with AVEVA PI, AspenTech IP.21, AspenTech Inmation, Inductive Automation Ignition, PTC Kepware
• ▹In-depth knowledge of data integration and historian system architecture
• ▹Strong understanding of industrial processes and automation systems
• ▹Expertise in data contextualization, visualization, and reporting platforms
• ▹Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation
• ▹Previous experience mentoring and leading a technical team
• ▹Good communication skills
