Responsibilities

• ▹Manage a team designing and developing enterprise-level applications
• ▹Contribute to product milestones by solving complex problems
• ▹Work closely with local functional leaders (professional services, IT, etc.)
• ▹Attract talent, set goals, measure and reward performance
• ▹Leverage, synthesize and integrate work from team members
• ▹Provide technical advice, mentoring and direction to team members
• ▹Communicate and coordinate with peers across the Product and Technology Organization
• ▹Evaluate stability, compatibility, scalability and performance of the software product

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related discipline, or relevant experience
• ▹Strong experience managing geographically distributed, high-performing development teams
• ▹Experience with multiple software development methodologies and their tools
• ▹Demonstrated innovation within a software team
• ▹Demonstrated experience leading complex software products successfully delivered to customers
• ▹Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations)
• ▹Knowledge of database concepts and programming
• ▹Excellent oral and written communication, able to articulate design with architects
