• ▹Help internal engineers release their software onto Grafana infrastructure in secure, measurable ways
• ▹Lead automation of release processes (from CI/CD to bootstrapping)
• ▹Onboard internal engineering teams using golden path techniques
• ▹Handle edge cases and help teams get the most out of the tools
• ▹Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system health
