Senior Project Manager - Engineering & Product

Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects (product, integrations, customer implementations)
• ▹Translate strategic roadmap into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies and risks
• ▹Drive delivery cadence (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• ▹Ensure consistent use of delivery frameworks
• ▹Maintain visibility of programme health across scope, timeline and budget
• ▹Align priorities across teams and resolve resource conflicts
• ▹Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Provide clear reporting to leadership on delivery status, risks and mitigation plans
• ▹Track KPIs related to delivery performance, efficiency and quality
• ▹Proactively identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation and timely escalation
• ▹Manage trade-offs between scope, time and quality
• ▹Continuously improve delivery processes, ensure documentation and operational continuity
• ▹Own delivery of customer-facing projects end-to-end, from initiation to completion
• ▹Act as primary coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders
• ▹Translate customer requirements into structured delivery plans with clarity on scope, timelines and dependencies
• ▹Lead change management across customer projects
• ▹Coordinate internal execution across Engineering, Product and QA to meet customer commitments
• ▹Support pre-sales and scoping activities, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic and deliverable
• ▹Drive post-delivery reviews to capture learnings
• ▹Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. MDR, ISO standards, data protection)

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in programme/project management within software environments
• ▹Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream delivery
• ▹Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• ▹Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ▹Experience working closely with engineering teams (technical literacy required)

Nice to have

• ▹Scrum experience
• ▹Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• ▹Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. MDR, ISO/IEC standards)
