Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the design process from research through delivery: wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for complex, regulated domains
• ▹Develop and maintain components within the existing design system, following established patterns
• ▹Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design and clear dashboards and data visualizations
• ▹Align design decisions with product goals and user needs, and explain reasoning to stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs and stakeholders, participating actively in design workshops
• ▹Bring AI tools into the daily design workflow

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design and product thinking
• ▹Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design and accessibility
• ▹Analytical mindset, comfortable digging into dense, regulated content and simplifying it
• ▹Experience in high-complexity domains: fintech, healthtech, legaltech or similar
• ▹Comfortable working within an existing design system, building scalable, reusable patterns
• ▹Experience participating in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving
• ▹Ability to present design decisions with reasoning, including pushing back when needed
• ▹English at C1 level or higher
• ▹Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews
• ▹Proficiency in Figma
• ▹Self-motivated, proactive and passionate about innovation and learning

Nice to have

• ▹Data visualization / dashboard design experience
