Responsibilities

• ▹Build and own an observability platform that ingests customer telemetry, events, logs, and traces using OpenTelemetry
• ▹Tackle hard distributed systems problems: consistent persistence, distributed caching, networking
• ▹Develop containerized services and Terraform-driven infrastructure
• ▹Scale access control
• ▹Collaborate with core product teams to ship safely, and with Field teams to support customers at enterprise scale
