Responsibilities

• ▹Own the design, analysis, and verification & validation of assigned subsystems within the autonomous vehicle system architecture
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy autonomous driving systems
• ▹Define and track KPIs to support data-driven engineering
• ▹Build data collection and analysis pipelines for verification & validation
• ▹Author and maintain requirements documentation, traceability, and system architecture artifacts
• ▹Define system behaviors for critical safety scenarios
• ▹Surface risks early and help coordinate mitigations
• ▹Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ▹4+ years of experience with autonomous or safety-critical systems
• ▹Hands-on systems engineering experience (V Model, requirements documentation, traceability, V&V)
• ▹Basic proficiency in Python and SQL
• ▹Experience in interdisciplinary teams developing robotic or autonomous vehicle systems
• ▹Exposure to functional safety and SOTIF concepts
• ▹Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Hands-on, engaged approach

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
• ▹Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Flow, Polarion, Enterprise Architect)
• ▹Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL 4600, IEC 61508, ISO 3691)
