Responsibilities

• ▹Coach operations teams on Infrastructure as Code, automation and DevOps best practices
• ▹Develop automation using Python and PowerShell and manage release pipelines with XL Deploy and XL Release
• ▹Maintain Windows Server and IIS environments while supporting migration to OpenShift
• ▹Improve collaboration between development and operations teams, support complex incidents and document operational processes

Requirements

• ▹6–9 years of DevOps, DevSecOps or infrastructure operations experience
• ▹Strong expertise in Python, PowerShell, XL Deploy, XL Release, Windows Server, IIS and OpenShift
• ▹Experience with automation, container platforms and distributed Agile teams
• ▹Strong communication, coaching and collaboration skills with fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹C# knowledge
• ▹French language skills
• ▹Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps/security-by-design experience
