Responsibilities

• ▹Design and operate AI-powered pipelines to capture knowledge from enterprise systems, meeting transcripts, and engagement artifacts
• ▹Define and evolve the knowledge model, including key entities, relationships, and ontology governance
• ▹Manage and optimize AI agents, including prompt design, evaluation, and performance tuning
• ▹Define content-type-specific chunking strategies for consulting artifacts with Engineering
• ▹Define requirements for embedding and vectorization evaluation
• ▹Define and track quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, error rates) and improve pipeline performance
• ▹Ensure secure handling of sensitive information, including automated redaction and compliance
• ▹Design and operate pipelines that convert unstructured inputs into structured, template-aligned outputs
• ▹Map extracted knowledge to content model fields
• ▹Define structured capture methods (forms, schemas, workflows) to capture decisions, constraints, and trade-offs
• ▹Normalize and standardize data across sources and identify gaps
• ▹Define entity resolution and canonicalization rules
• ▹Ensure structured outputs support vector search, RAG, and knowledge graph navigation
• ▹Partner with the Content Model Lead, Architecture, and Engineering
• ▹Define evaluation criteria for retrieval effectiveness and semantic relevance
