Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in sales meetings, explain Runpod's technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex technical issues related to configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, or code errors
• ▹Utilize diagnostic tools and methods (code analysis, test scripting, log analysis, remote access) to identify root causes
• ▹Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams including engineering, sales, supply, and product management
• ▹Assist the support team in troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical tickets
• ▹Contribute to product development and testing efforts by relaying customer and support feedback
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, guides, and deliver training sessions and demos

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• ▹3+ years of professional experience in software development
• ▹Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• ▹Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems
• ▹Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• ▹Located in the US in the PST region
• ▹Successful completion of a background check

Nice to have

• ▹Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go, with hands-on full-stack development experience
• ▹Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, containerization (Docker), SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• ▹Understanding of datacenter components and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, DNS)
• ▹Proficiency in deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs
• ▹Ability to write and execute scripts, queries, or commands, and read code, logs, and errors
