Senior Product Engineer I - Node.js

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement and deploy scalable software solutions that enhance the core functionality of the global SaaS platform
• ▹Partner with Product Managers, UX designers and QA to turn concepts into high-performing features
• ▹Write clean, efficient and well-documented code and participate in peer reviews
• ▹Proactively refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance and maintainability
• ▹Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, identifying and resolving issues quickly
• ▹Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience in full-stack development
• ▹Proficiency in Node.js; experience with other languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Golang) is also valued, but you should be willing to work with Node.js
• ▹Experience in Scrum environments and a clear understanding of CI/CD processes and rapid delivery
• ▹A passion for automation and experience with testing frameworks
• ▹Diagnostic skills to fix complex issues quickly
• ▹A team player who communicates effectively and takes full accountability for their work

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Git and modern development workflows
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
