Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with engineering teams to set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and build long-term reliability roadmaps for core services
• ▹Lead cross-service incident response during critical outages
• ▹Drive company-wide adoption of cutting-edge reliability patterns, deployment safety capabilities and infrastructure scalability
• ▹Build and refine advanced observability tools to catch issues before they reach production
• ▹Influence product design and system architecture to balance feature velocity and reliability
• ▹Mentor senior engineers, elevate best practices and help recruit for the SRE organization

Requirements

• ▹6-10 years of SRE, DevOps or production engineering experience with hands-on mastery of complex distributed systems
• ▹Command of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Clean, high-performing code in at least one major language and automation of repetitive tasks
• ▹Proven track record of steering large-scale incident management and driving high-impact reliability programs
• ▹Communicates effectively across engineering, product and customer-facing teams to align tech goals with business impact

Nice to have

• ▹Advanced experience designing self-healing infrastructure patterns and zero-downtime deployment pipelines
• ▹Prior experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS environments in rapid-growth markets
