Senior UC Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms in production
• ▹Manage voice recording platforms and ensure compliance
• ▹Support Trading Turret systems (IPC Connexus) for trading floor voice communications
• ▹Manage telecom service provider relationships and technical coordination
• ▹Configure, support and troubleshoot SIP Trunking connectivity
• ▹Lead incident management for UC platform issues (triage, escalation, resolution)
• ▹Own vendor escalation processes (Cisco, telecom carriers, other UC vendors)
• ▹Coordinate with business units and stakeholders on UC needs and incidents
• ▹Support Red Sky (E911) emergency calling services
• ▹Support Microsoft Teams Meetings and related collaboration services
• ▹Monitor UC platform health using observability and logging tools (Splunk)
• ▹Analyze Call Detail Records (CDR) for reporting, troubleshooting and compliance

Requirements

• ▹Experience operating Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms
• ▹Experience managing SIP Trunking and telecom service provider relationships
• ▹Proficiency with observability and logging tools such as Splunk
• ▹Flexibility to support weekend maintenance and engineering changes
