Technical Program Manager, Knowledge Systems

Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical programs improving systems behind customer self-service, internal support knowledge, and AI-assisted discovery (RAG pipelines, semantic search, agentic workflows)
• ▹Drive cross-functional alignment across Knowledge Systems, engineering, product, and partner teams
• ▹Lead planning and delivery of high-leverage initiatives: workflow automation, knowledge system modernization, CMS improvements
• ▹Partner with Knowledge Systems leads to ensure knowledge is accurate, structured, and governed appropriately
• ▹Build and run an operating cadence for technical initiatives: roadmap tracking, dependency management, risk escalation
• ▹Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve scale

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical program management, systems implementation, or operational program leadership in complex cross-functional environments
• ▹Deep familiarity with modern information retrieval architectures (vector databases, RAG, LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex), CMS platforms, structured content
• ▹Strong systems thinking and operational judgment
• ▹Experience translating operational strategy into technical requirements and data schemas
• ▹Strong understanding of content systems, knowledge management, and workflow automation
• ▹Proven ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Demonstrated experience leading ambiguous, multi-team initiatives from concept through launch
• ▹Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
