Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise - West

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with sales executives to plan and execute strategic deals
• ▹Create processes to streamline communication and increase efficiency
• ▹Manage the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
• ▹Communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements
• ▹Provide technical support on proof of concepts while shortening sales cycles
• ▹Match customer pain points/requirements to proposed solutions
• ▹Create and deliver presentations and demos communicating the value proposition
• ▹Collect and document competitive intelligence

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in SaaS
• ▹Preferred knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS, GCP
• ▹Experience building proof of concepts
• ▹Proven track record selling/supporting complex enterprise solutions
• ▹Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives
• ▹Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
