Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams within the Agents product suite
• ▹Drive 0-1 innovation in uncharted product territory
• ▹Iterate rapidly through prototypes rather than long presentations
• ▹Connect directly with customers through research sessions and synthesize insights
• ▹Collaborate live with designers, engineers, and PMs
• ▹Shape product strategy based on research and usage data

Requirements

• ▹6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features/applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products)
• ▹Curiosity about AI, actively experimenting with new technologies
• ▹Sharp visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• ▹Team player mentality, humility, assuming good intentions
• ▹Figma proficiency required

Nice to have

• ▹Comfort with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code
