Responsibilities

• ▹Design for agency and autonomy: architect agentic workflows beyond the "chat-box" paradigm, with ambient, screenless interactions
• ▹Orchestrate probabilistic UX: define how the system communicates confidence, handles AI hallucinations, and maintains trust around sensitive health data
• ▹Bridge design and data science: shape model outputs into meaningful human experiences, defining ontologies, logic gates, and feedback loops
• ▹Build functional AI prototypes with modern tools (React, LLM APIs, Vercel AI SDK)
• ▹Architect generative systems: "Generative UI" frameworks and contextual tokens for personalized, on-the-fly experiences
• ▹Champion calm intelligence: guard against cognitive overload, filtering raw health data into calm, actionable insights
• ▹Influence through technical craft: engage backend and ML engineers using the language of APIs, RAG, and latent space

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Senior or Staff roles at the intersection of Product Design and emerging technology, especially AI/ML-driven environments
• ▹AI-native mindset: understands the capabilities and constraints of LLMs, embedding models, and predictive analytics
• ▹Code-as-craft: proficient in React/TypeScript or native code, comfortable with APIs, able to build functional prototypes
• ▹A modern AI toolstack: expert-level Figma plus active practice with AI-accelerated workflows (Cursor, Gemini, Claude)
• ▹Systems and logic literacy: understands how design logic translates to backend architecture, headless systems, and multi-modal input design (voice, haptic, ambient)
• ▹A portfolio demonstrating handling of high-complexity data and AI-driven interactions, turning the AI "black box" into a transparent, user-centric experience
