Responsibilities

• ▹Lead multiple interconnected projects and programs aligned with C&T and FactSet objectives
• ▹Establish and lead stakeholder review cadence for key strategic initiatives
• ▹Work with teams on program and project management principles, tools and best practices
• ▹Develop metrics to measure, monitor and report progress
• ▹Monitor project resource demand and capacity
• ▹Communicate goals, roles and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams
• ▹Support portfolio activities including Targetprocess PPM governance and demand management
• ▹Report to executive sponsors and stakeholders on program/project status and risk

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree
• ▹5-10 years of project and program leadership experience in enterprise technology programs
• ▹Ability to manage remotely
• ▹Independent leader who can work effectively alone and within a team
• ▹Strong background in project methodologies: agile, waterfall and hybrid
• ▹Experience with Targetprocess and Jira for planning, task management, collaboration and reporting
• ▹Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• ▹Skilled in MS Office, Teams and Project toolsets
• ▹Confident in use of a broad range of enterprise tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Mural or other visualization tools
• ▹Advanced Excel skills
