Interface Manager / Interoperability Specialist (fully remote possible)

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyzing technical requirements from clinics and medical centers (e.g. HL7, FHIR, IHE, SSO) and critically assessing their necessity and feasibility
• ▹Independently accompanying integration projects, ensuring smooth data flows between third-party systems and tomedo®
• ▹Turning existing siloed knowledge into a clean, transparent structure by building and maintaining a central device and interface database in ServiceNow/Confluence
• ▹Defining clear standards for hardware connections (GDT, LAN, serial), documenting required adapters or cables, and providing calculation bases (e.g. setup times) for sales
• ▹Actively driving the shift from legacy standards to modern solutions like FHIR, keeping documentation as a reliable single point of truth

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical background in medical technology or computer science, with deep knowledge of HL7, GDT and the emerging FHIR standard
• ▹Ability to quickly grasp, logically analyze and precisely translate complex clinical workflows into technical specifications
• ▹Strong structural mindset, enjoying not just collecting data but preparing it for automated use (e.g. via ServiceNow)
• ▹Strong communicator, able to bridge developer language and customer requirements
• ▹Willingness to do detailed data-maintenance work
• ▹German language skills of at least C1 level

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar CRM/CSM systems
