Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze customer requirements and existing HR processes, and develop suitable solution architectures in the SAP HCM environment
• ▹Conceive and present solution scenarios that make business requirements understandable and tangible
• ▹Support the proposal process with content development, effort estimation, and clear solution positioning
• ▹Work closely with Sales, Consulting and Delivery to develop holistic customer solutions
• ▹Conduct and moderate workshops, concept sessions and decision-making presentations at management level
