Responsibilities

• ▹Lead projects under result-based commitments (WU/UO/fixed price)
• ▹Ensure cost, quality and deadline commitments are met
• ▹Define and track schedules, workloads, budgets and performance KPIs
• ▹Oversee progress of development, testing and go-lives
• ▹Guarantee the quality of deliverables and application of best practices
• ▹Identify and anticipate risks, dependencies and project deviations
• ▹Ensure reporting and run governance forums
• ▹Manage and coordinate technical and functional teams
• ▹Bring teams together around project and productivity objectives
• ▹Ensure communication between business and technical stakeholders
• ▹Support employees' skills development
• ▹Drive the performance and productivity of the operational unit (UO)
• ▹Contribute to optimizing workloads and continuously improving delivery
• ▹Participate in financial tracking and the profitability of activities
• ▹Build a trusted client relationship and identify new opportunities
• ▹Contribute to pre-sales activities and business development

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience leading complex projects, ideally in an organization structured around Work Units (WU) or service centers
• ▹Knowledge of Unité d'Œuvre (UO) management, tracking productivity, workload, commitments and performance indicators
• ▹Strong delivery and result-commitment culture: meeting cost, deadline, quality and client-satisfaction targets
• ▹Ability to structure, plan and secure high-visibility projects
• ▹Strong business development sensitivity: identifying opportunities, developing the client relationship, contributing to scope extension and retention
• ▹Experience in cross-functional leadership of multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
