Support Operator, IT Support Department

Responsibilities

• ▹Handle incoming cases, mainly by phone
• ▹Help users resolve their IT-related problems
• ▹Document and register cases accurately
• ▹Escalate cases requiring deeper troubleshooting to the appropriate recipient

Requirements

• ▹Completed upper-secondary education
• ▹Category B driving licence
• ▹Swedish citizenship
• ▹Interest in IT

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience in similar work
• ▹Experience working irregular hours (nights, weekends)
