Senior Business Analyst, AI & Data

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with executives, IT and business stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision, scope and success metrics
• ▹Map As-Is and To-Be value streams and business processes, identifying bottlenecks and automation or AI opportunities
• ▹Quantify benefits such as cycle time, error reduction, capacity and CSAT to support prioritization
• ▹Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, including for AI/ML and GenAI features
• ▹Define data requirements such as sources, quality, latency and privacy constraints, and specify model behavior, guardrails and human-in-the-loop interactions
• ▹Support experimentation and rollout of proofs of concept and pilots, including test design, feedback loops, training and SOP updates
• ▹Partner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs, and oversee User Acceptance Testing
• ▹Use generative AI tools such as Claude, Glean and agents to accelerate analysis, documentation and solution design
• ▹Establish, grow and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development
