Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and maintain the product roadmap for your product area, aligned with business objectives and client needs
• ▹Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and feature definition with engineering and design
• ▹Drive agile and scrum ceremonies, keeping the team focused
• ▹Manage the transition for existing clients while preparing new product launches
• ▹Define and track key product metrics, use data to inform prioritization
• ▹Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• ▹Identify gaps and risks early, propose solutions

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in product management
• ▹Native or bilingual English speaker
• ▹Strong command of agile and scrum methodologies
• ▹Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including legacy product support alongside new development
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
• ▹Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
