Responsibilities

• ▹Own the product design, rollout, and orchestration of the Signal Layer and Agent Systems
• ▹Design and ship user-facing and internal/operational autonomous agents
• ▹Gather requirements from module PMs (Casino, CRM, Cashier) and work with developers to turn workflows into autonomous actions
• ▹Define the logic and semantics of the unified intelligence Signal Layer
• ▹Translate requirements into a development roadmap for autonomous agents
• ▹Define requirements for full-trace observability and monitoring of agent decisions
• ▹Design and manage the lifecycle of autonomous workflows, e.g., CS resolution, withdrawal review, fraud review agents
• ▹Establish performance bar for agent accuracy, resolution rates, and ROI
