Responsibilities

• ▹Drive proactive analytics: spot anomalies, frame the right questions, and bring recommendations to Product, CRM and Risk
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards surfacing KPIs such as GGR/NGR, ARPU, LTV, churn, deposit-to-wager conversion and fraud loss rate
• ▹Write production-grade SQL, CTEs, window functions, incremental models, to model clean datasets from Clickhouse and on-chain tables
• ▹Build and maintain AI-agent workflows to automate recurring analytics tasks
• ▹Use Python (pandas, seaborn, sklearn, scipy) for analysis, data quality checks, lightweight ETL and automation
• ▹Work with on-chain data: EVM logs, token transfers, wallet clustering, gas and fee dynamics
• ▹Partner with Product, Marketing/CRM, Risk/Compliance and Engineering to define event schemas and tracking plans
• ▹Design and analyze experiments, cohort analyses and attribution
• ▹Investigate anomalies such as bonus abuse, botting, arbitrage, suspicious wallet rings, and recommend mitigations
• ▹Automate recurring reporting and alerting for KPI movements

Requirements

• ▹2+ years in BI or Data Analytics; crypto or iGaming exposure preferred
• ▹Strong SQL: complex joins, window functions, query optimization, dimensional modeling
• ▹Solid AI-collaboration craft: prompt and context engineering, spec-driven task framing
• ▹BI versatility: expert Tableau knowledge, LODs, parameters, performance tuning, plus interest in modern open-source BI tools like Metabase or Apache Superset
• ▹Proficient in Python for analytics and data engineering: pandas, modular scripts and notebooks, API integrations
