Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure the project is on track in relation to time, scope, and budget
• ▹Act as liaison between all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment
• ▹Track, report, and prepare relevant data for the client, the finance department, and management
• ▹Ensure the project method and internal SOPs are followed in a way that brings value to clients
• ▹Coordinate everything from scoping to daily tasks and risk management
• ▹Contribute to the development of the Project Management Unit and various internal improvement projects

Requirements

• ▹Typically at least 5 years leading medium to large-scale implementation projects, both greenfield and brownfield
• ▹Prince2, PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager or Agile Practitioner certification, plus Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification considered an advantage
• ▹Experience working within Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• ▹Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP CALM, etc.)
• ▹Amicable personality, able to talk to anyone from C-level stakeholders to junior employees
• ▹Ability to keep deadlines and budgets while juggling several projects and project streams
• ▹Experience with vendor management and contractual deliverables
