Responsibilities

• ▹Clearly define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring operational and technical feasibility
• ▹Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• ▹Determine available resources and delegate project tasks based on individual strengths
• ▹Set realistic time estimates, sequence activities, and develop and maintain schedules
• ▹Determine cost estimate and develop the project budget, submit for approval
• ▹Ensure adherence to approved budget throughout the project
• ▹Monitor and manage project performance including cost and team performance
• ▹Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• ▹Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• ▹Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
