Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage a diverse team of game developers and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• ▹Ensure timely delivery of high-quality slot games while improving time to market
• ▹Work closely with game designers, product managers, compliance and support teams to align development strategy
• ▹Provide mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance to the development team
• ▹Collaborate with game and math designers, art, and animation teams for top-quality products
• ▹Monitor and manage development timelines, resources, and deliverables
• ▹Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and risks
• ▹Identify and manage organizational or technical dependencies
• ▹Participate in the analysis, planning, and delivery of company-wide initiatives
• ▹Oversee the entire game development lifecycle from concept to release
• ▹Use TypeScript, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), and Pixi.js to lead development of high-performance, maintainable game features
• ▹Actively contribute hands-on to building games and features, performing code reviews
• ▹Leverage Jenkins, Git, Node.js, and the JavaScript ecosystem (webpack, npm, yarn) to uphold best practices
• ▹Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on the online gambling industry
• ▹2+ years leading game development teams, delivering high-quality slots or casino games
• ▹Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Pixi.js, Node.js, and Git
• ▹Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• ▹Basic knowledge of Java or C# preferred
