Product Designer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as product designer within a cross-functional, full-stack product team
• ▹Lead the discovery process, from problem framing through hypotheses and validation to delivery
• ▹Translate complex B2B service, device-management, connectivity, and billing processes into scalable UX solutions
• ▹Design interfaces for dashboards, device lists, device detail pages, traffic usage reports, service status monitoring, subscription management, billing, payments, and support workflows
• ▹Design UX flows that make device status, usage, speed, and cost transparent to customers
• ▹Design flows for adding devices, connecting services, and managing subscriptions
• ▹Design solutions that scale across companies, industries, and operational scenarios
• ▹Build reusable, flexible product patterns for device management, monitoring, analytics, and billing
• ▹Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis

Requirements

• ▹Strong product-minded design experience in discovery and UX concept development
• ▹Experience with Figma, HTML, and CSS
